An exhausting two-year search for the right Office Manager ended in January by the hiring of Buffalo area resident, Audrey H. Pawelczak, as our Office Manager. Audrey (a.k.a. - with permission - "The Polish Princess") is the mainstay of office production for our General Committee, and has quickly become a valued asset to the BLET in only a few short months.

Audrey is also a BLET "double-threat" on Elmwood Avenue, since half her time is spent on and paid by the BLET Norfolk

Southern General Committee a few doors away,cutting our General Committee office expenses drastically, without diminishing the quality of service.

Ms. Pawelczak is no stranger to the rigors of an office environment, and brings with her an impressive array of experience and skill, balanced with an inexhaustible supply of energy. Audrey continues to contribute ideas to make the General Committee Office more efficient and productive for the membership, and is truly a "keeper" in a sea of office "wannabees."
